All With Love: October Pet Fun & Spooky Season Vibes

Happy Monday, pet lovers! As we lean into the final stretch of October, the air is getting crisp, and our little furry friends are getting into the festive spirit. Whether you are prepping for a costume contest or just keeping your companions cozy, we have a little bit of everything for you today.

Rabbits: Get Ready for Halloween Fun
Our favorite hay enthusiast, Belinda, is back with a dose of seasonal cheer! Following her spooky storytelling session last week, she is shifting gears to focus on the lighter side of the holiday. Belinda is currently highlighting some of the most adorable and creative Halloween photos sent in by the community. It is a wonderful reminder that while our bunnies might not always love dressing up, they certainly make for the most photogenic little ghosts and goblins. If you are looking for some inspiration for your own small pet’s seasonal photoshoot, or just want to see some whiskers in witch hats, head over to the latest blog update to see the festive submissions.

Pet Care Tip of the Day: Seasonal Transitions
With the change in weather, remember that our small pets—especially rabbits and guinea pigs—can be sensitive to drafts. As you bring out the Halloween decor, ensure that no synthetic materials or loose glitter are within reach of curious nibblers. Keep their hay supplies fresh and their enclosures cozy as the temperatures drop. A little extra attention to their environment now goes a long way in keeping them healthy and happy as we head toward the winter months.

We love seeing how you celebrate with your pets. Whether it is a cat curled up in a pile of autumn leaves, a dog enjoying a crisp walk, or a bunny posing with a mini pumpkin, please keep tagging us in your photos. Your joy is what makes this community so special, and we cannot wait to see how your pets are enjoying this spooky season!
